利用火灾动力学模拟软件FDS,模拟了大空间火灾作用下裸露钢梁及钢柱的升温情况。介绍了绝缘表面温度法的基本原理。通过对FDS模拟得到的钢构件不同位置处的绝缘表面温度与周围气体温度的比较,显示了大空间火灾中火焰辐射对钢构件不同部位升温计算的影响,并据此对大空间火灾作用下钢构件升温计算中入射热的计算问题给出了建议。  相似文献

2011年3月,某钢结构物流中心发生火灾,过火面积约7000m2,损失惨重。通过对该例火灾的起因、火势蔓延、结构倒塌进行分析,探讨钢结构建筑防火设计和结构抗火措施。研究结果表明:①钢结构因本身抗火性能差,易垮塌,不利于火灾扑救;②在火灾中钢结构易整体破坏,造成重大损失;③由于未采取防火分隔,扩大了火灾蔓延途径和过火面积,加剧了火灾损失,也加大了火灾扑救难度。为了减轻火灾损失,应当:①合理设置防火分隔;②提高或保证钢柱、钢梁的耐火极限,以提升结构抗火能力;③加强对钢构件和结点的防火保护;④保证自动喷水灭火系统的正常运行,有效实施初期灭火。  相似文献

为了分析型钢混凝土异形柱的耐火极限及火灾后的力学性能,为试验研究做好充分的前期准备,本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对型钢混凝土异形柱截面温度场进行数值模拟,得出了柱截面在不均匀受火情况下的温度场分布规律。结果表明,在两面受火的情况下,L形柱的凹角处的温升低于其它部位;由于型钢的存在,加快了柱截面内部温度的热传导;距离受火面相同的深度处的混凝土与型钢的温度不同,因此有必要研究损伤差异对承载力和两者粘结滑移造成的影响。  相似文献

In this paper,an experimental and analytical study of two half-scale steel X-braced frames with equal nominal shear strength under cyclic loading is described.In these tests,all members except the braces are similar.The braces are made of various steel grades to monitor the effects of seismic excitation.Internal stiffeners are employed to limit the local buckling and increase the fracture life of the steel bracing.A heavy central core is introduced at the intersection of the braces to decrease their effective length.Recent seismic specifications are considered in the design of the X-braced frame members to verify their efficiency.The failure modes of the X-braced frames are also illustrated.It is observed that the energy dissipation capacity,ultimate load capacity and ductility of the system increase considerably by using lower grade steel and proposed detailing.Analytical modeling of the specimens using nonlinear finite element software supports the experimental findings.  相似文献

The nonlinear behavior of a soil-foundation system may alter the seismic response of a structure by providing additional flexibility to the system and dissipating hysteretic energy at the soil-foundation interface. However, the current design practice is still reluctant to consider the nonlinearity of the soil-foundation system, primarily due to lack of reliable modeling techniques. This study is motivated towards evaluating the effect of nonlinear soil-structure interaction (SSI) on the seismic responses of low-rise steel moment resisting frame (SMRF) structures. In order to achieve this, a Winkler-based approach is adopted, where the soil beneath the foundation is assumed to be a system of closely-spaced, independent, nonlinear spring elements. Static pushover analysis and nonlinear dynamic analyses are performed on a 3-story SMRF building and the performance of the structure is evaluated through a variety of force and displacement demand parameters. It is observed that incorporation of nonlinear SSI leads to an increase in story displacement demand and a significant reduction in base moment, base shear and inter-story drift demands, indicating the importance of its consideration towards achieving an economic, yet safe seismic design.  相似文献

基于支持向量机(SVM)和独立分量分析(ICA)建立了超长大直径钢管桩极限承载力的预测模型。先采用独立分量分析FastICA算法从实际工程的超长大直径钢管桩试桩的实测数据样本中抽取相互独立的分量,这些分量不仅去除了相关性,还保持统计独立,并服从非高斯分布,能更好地表现数据间的本质结构;然后,确定支持向量机作为分类器,以抽取的独立分量作为支持向量机模型的输入参数,建立超长大直径钢管桩的承载力预测模型ICASVM_Q;最后,采用某大桥的工程数据对预测模型进行测试。结果表明,ICASVM_Q的预测效果明显优于以原始数据作为支持向量机模型输入的SVM_Q模型的预测效果。可见,采用将独立分量分析与支持向量机相结合的方法建模预测超长大直径钢管桩的承载力是可行的,ICASVM_Q模型的预测结果可用于超长大直径钢管桩承载力的设计参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。这种方法还可以用于其他领域的智能预测研究中。  相似文献

The seismic response analysis of buried pipelines at fault crossings is a complex problem requiring nonlinear 3D soil-structure and large deformation analyses. Such analyses are computationally expensive and the results are hard to evaluate. Therefore, a simple numerical model is needed for engineering and design offices to determine the seismic demand of steel pipes at fault crossings. This paper presents a simplified numerical model for buried steel pipes crossing strike-slip faults and oriented perpendicular to the fault. Two pipes with different diameter to thickness (D/t) ratios and steel grades are used in the study. The proposed model permits plastic hinge formations in the pipe due to incrementally applied fault movements, allows determination of the critical length of the pipeline and measure strains developed on the tension and compression sides in the pipe. The model also considers the effect of bending as well as axial strains due to stretching.  相似文献

To study the seismic behavior of high strength concrete fi lled double-tube(CFDT) columns,each consisting of an external square steel tube and an internal circular steel tube,quasi-static tests on eight CFDT column specimens were conducted.The test variables included the width-to-thickness ratio(β1) and the area ratio(β2) of the square steel tube,the wall thickness of the circular steel tube,and the axial force(or the axial force ratio) applied to the CFDT columns.The test results indicate that for CFDT columns with a square steel tube with β1 of 50.1 and 24.5,local buckling of the specimen was found at a drift ratio of 1/150 and 1/50,respectively.The lateral force-displacement hysteretic loops of all specimens were plump and stable.Reducing the width-to-thickness ratio of the square steel tube,increasing its area ratio,or increasing the wall thickness of the internal circular steel tube,led to an increased fl exural strength and deformation capacity of the specimens.Increasing the design value of the axial force ratio from 0.8 to 1.0 may increase the fl exural strength of the specimens,while it may also decrease the ultimate deformation capacity of the specimen with β1 of 50.1.  相似文献

A series of shake-table tests was conducted by inserting and replacing 4 different types of dampers,or by removing them in a full-scale 5-story steel frame building. The objective is to validate response-control technologies that are increasingly adopted for major Japanese buildings without being attested to-date by a major earthquake. Test results are briefly described,and good performance of the dampers and frame demonstrated. The concepts of the full-scale building tests and various contributions are discussed. The difficulty associated with full-scale dynamic testing is explained.  相似文献

Isolation bearings and dampers are often installed between piers and superstructures to reduce the seismic responses of bridges under large earthquakes. This paper presents a novel steel damper for bridges. The damper employs steel plates as energy dissipation components, and adopts a vertical free mechanism to achieve a large deformation capacity. Quasi-static tests using displacement-controlled cyclic loading and numerical analyses using a finite element program called ABAQUS are conducted to investigate the behavior of the damper, and a design methodology is proposed based on the tests and numerical analyses. Major conclusions obtained from this study are as follows:(1) the new dampers have stable hysteresis behavior under large displacements;(2) finite element analyses are able to simulate the behavior of the damper with satisfactory accuracy; and(3) simplified design methodology of the damper is effective.  相似文献
